Unfortunately, the staff who initially answered was very rude and hung up on me. I called again, and the same thing happened—they immediately ended the call, saying it was the wrong number. On my third attempt, a different staff member answered and was more accommodating. I explained that this was the number listed on your website and asked if there was a correct contact number for the SM Pampanga branch, but I still did not receive proper assistance. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Not only is my order still unconfirmed after a long wait, but the contact information provided is unreliable, and the customer service I received was unprofessional. I hope you can address this issue promptly, improve your customer service, and ensure that correct and reachable contact details are provided.
