Can’t read
Can’t even read! Keep showing ads whenever I want to click the chapter didn’t even had the chance to read… Everytime I click the chapter it’s brings me to Shopee .
Chat/Novel Can’t reload
I can’t open latest episode, it didn’t appear like always. Already logout/login and reinstall but still can’t appear.
Coupon collect problem
I always in time to collect free coupon. But why always coupon on 1:00pm i want to collect in time cannot collect ? It said coupon out of stock? Pls fix
Seriously bad marketing and feedback
I’ve spent a lot of money buying coins and paid for the monthly pass, then suddenly my monthly pass goes missing , I’ve no issues to keep on paying and then the team just feedbacks me to say I have to wait for the monthly pass to randomly drop again and I can’t do anything about it , I’ve been using this app for ages and spent more than 100 USD on this app and they give this kind of service and feedback to wait for random generation of the monthly pass card, this is not a gambling app 🤦
