The products from this company are both stylish, long lasting and easy clean. Very unique clothing and very high quality. The products are substantial. You feel it in your hands when you first open the box and they feel like you are wearing a quality product.

App had an automatic update and now will not launch. Keeps prompting to update after the update. Cant access the app

Wont let me purchase anything

Can’t add items to cart, can’t add to favorites/wish list, can’t even sign in. It made me create a new login with the same exact email. App does not sync with login information, previous purchases or anything else. Filter does not work. Pretty frustrating and completely useless .

Trying to add item to my cart, even with tons available I keep getting an error.

App doesn’t work well. You can’t add anything to cart no matter how many times you click. It takes 25mins for one page to load. They started doing this thing where the early access is now only through the app which is not fair because the app doesn’t load/ crashes and won’t even allow checkout. Signing up for pre-access is essentially now worthless because you won’t even get the items in time and by the time the app works it’s sold out. Go Back to send us password to the direct site!

Would not let me add items to shopping cart. Kept getting error message. Too many glitches that I lost my desire to shop.

I have been shopping with them for 6 years & switching to an app that’s faulty is not proper. It keeps freezing & not accurate with ordering. This seems to be the only way to shop early for a sale it’s SAD
