Manychat

I’ve been using this for over a year and 85% of the time I love it! However, there are times when my automations won’t publish. I get an error message over and over saying “failed to publish” and it keeps me from being able to post my IG reels because I so heavily rely on Manychat for my automations given the high volume of messages I receive. PLEASE FIX THIS!

It’s just horrible. It never works for me with the paid or free plan. It keeps saying “this is a pro feature” when I had already subscribed, Not to mention it is not user friendly. wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Wish I could give 0 stars

The website gives me constant errors when trying to sign into Facebook. On the app it doesn’t let me sign in at all - it says “continue” log in into one of my Facebook accounts. If I click cancel to try and sign in to another account it does NOTHING. Completely useless. I’ve wasted hours trying simply log into the right Facebook account.

I used this app in the pro version for 2 years with some success but after 2 years I wanted to interact with the prospect clients by myself … since I stop using the app I can’t have access to my business page messenger and nobody from the customer service as reach out to me after number of email and ticket open . After 2 hours with the Facebook service they told me the problem is with manychat and to reach out to them but they don’t respond or reply ! Don’t purchase that app unless you want to give them your messenger for life …. Worst customer service ever …. But they will take your money 🤮

Great app

I sign up for the the Free plan. They automatically charged me $10 a month for 8 months $80 without my authorization. I never used their service even once. I contact their customer service twice. Nobody was answering. They have only automatic email response that is useless and keep charging me every month. I have to contact the credit card company to stop the payment. Stay away from this company. It’s a scam!!! Their app doesn’t work

I want to change sign in (login account) This app doesn’t let me choose another account. So frustrating.
