If I have to use a facebook account to be able to use many chat for Instagram what’s the point?! I don’t use facebook at all!

Can’t sign in. Absolutely useless, a waste of time.

It hasn’t been working for me I done reconnected so many times and it still doesn’t work. So now I have to do everything manually. I’ve reached out and still no assistance so I gave up

Love this app! Automation is fabulous.

On top of so many channel connection issues, team member connection issues and an app that doesn’t do what it should, there is poor customer service. I mean 7 days to expect a response after submitting a ticket? Follow directions to troubleshoot issues yourself and app/desktop just keep taking you in circles. Maybe if you’re one person managing the account you’ll figure it out but if you have a team, don’t expect this to work effortlessly.

It used to allow me to add a response to Instagram comments but not says it’s only. pro feature but no way to upgrade

DON’T DOWNLOAD IT IF YOU JUST WANT TO USE IT FOR A SHORT TIME ! I’ve been trying to even delete my account but it says if I delete it I won’t be able to use it in the future like ???????? I try to to cancel the subscription it opens millions of new tabs and it’s a headache comparing to “EVERY OTHER APP”.

It’s too much to sign up! Why do I need to connect both my Facebook and Instagram when I’m only USING IG FOR THIS. THEY ALSO DONT HAVE PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICES FOR QUICK RESPONSE AND HELP.
