MMI is an excellent map that enables accurate navigation while driving. It also permits users to add place with pics to improve its database. I wish they could incorporate two toggles in it. First, use main routes ( thus avoiding all shortcuts which is very confusing in Google Maps). Second, use the same route during return journey (again Google fails to do that and keeps showing you every possible shortcut that has actually killed some users by going over incomplete flyovers and bridges). Like the WAYZ app of US, the users should be able to add a new route that they have used and consider safe. I wish MMI the very best.

The apps do not work as needed and you cannot see live video feed as promised on iPhones as the app keeps crashing. What’s the point of a dashcam when you can’t access its video when needed? The call center is useless as they only assure to check in 15 mins and get the app working but it never does.

The user interface (UI) during the sign-up process is quite problematic. The reenter password field and the Continue button are concealed beneath the keyboard, and the keyboard doesn’t hide. Additionally, there’s no button to move to the next field, making the sign-up process extremely challenging.

I have been using the device for the past few months and I already had to replace the device once. Now that device has completely stopped sending the data and when I call the customer care they say that the device needs to be checked physically. I mean what does that even mean. It was working fine for almost a month and now it needs to be checked physically? The other issue is that the map is low quality with most of the POI missing. Definitely switching the provider.
