With Volkswagen maps + more you can listen to music, control the radio and navigate offline on 2D or 3D maps.
The turn-by-turn voice output for the navigation function and the speed warning make your daily journeys much more relaxed.
Helpful data such as fuel consumption, driving times, mileage and engine speed can now be conveniently displayed in the maps + more app.
And the Think Blue. trainer will help you to drive more efficiently and save fuel or energy.
As an e-up! driver, you'll find many additional features that help you plan your charging efficiently and make your everyday life with an electric car even easier:
For example, departure times can be conveniently set or a search for charging stations.

Configuration wizard:
1. Download the maps + more app from the App Store
2. Pair your smartphone with your vehicle via Bluetooth.
3. Open the maps + more app
4. Accept the terms of use.
5. maps + more will try to connect to your vehicle. A code will be displayed in the app and on your infotainment system. Confirm this code to continue.
6. maps + more is now connected to your vehicle and ready to use.
*maps + more is only compatible with the Composition Phone radio in up!.

Connection
Connection between car and phone are nok Working reliable. Most of the time you just wait and wait no connection. Restarting the app sometimes solved the problem - not always. Reinstaling the app don’t solve the problem. Issue are still not fixed December 2023. New update in 2023, remove user data for navigation. Why did you remove the destination clock, i want to know when i arrive not how long time it take to get there. Today i needed to reinstall app, no connection to car. Very poor sw development. No change in 2 years. And no responce from VW

Efter opdatering i nov/dec, er navigationen godt nok blevet elendig, og jeg som troede opdateringer skulle være til det bedre !
Cannot connect
After the latest update, the app will not connect to the car. Endless “retry” prompts. The phone is connected via Bluetooth and audio can be played but nothing else.
Support / Understøttelse
Fedt i holder appen opdateret men come on, stadig ingen Spotify intagration og hvad med 120hz support for selve kortet, det lagger som som jeg ved ikke hvad, GPS’en ligner noget fra garmin i 2006. Det er sku en ommer
Dårligere end Google Map
Fungerer dårligt, i VW GTI, men heldigvis har vi også Google Map, så livet går videre.
Crasher hver anden kan jeg skal bruge appen
Der oprettes forbindelse til bilen og efter programmet er færdigt med at loade crasher programmet.
Det virker bare!
Det er en super fed app, dejligt at GPS’en virker så godt som den gør, og elsker at man kan skifte farve på appen ;-)
Tale vs. Tastning.
Kan man ikke slå tale fra, også kun bruge tastatur, eller i det mindste få lov til at vælge som før, hvor man kunne stave adressen ved at “tegne” bogstaverne 1 efter 1 på skærmen.
Det med tale, virker overhovedet ikke her!!!!
