So unnecessarily painful.
Lousy app
Suppose to have 30% off for tickets for member, but some time workable some time not. The chat also not working - there’s no typing bar for me to keyed in my queries.
poor user experience of the app :(
laggy and bloated
Useless app
Can never log in despite updating passwords etc and then after hours of troubleshooting login you get in and the discounts you login for don’t work/load/appear when booking through the app. Waste of time
Slow download
Took so long and still couldn’t download and update!
