So much easier to manage my boat with this app. If I need a service appointment, I can request one here or chat with the service advisor directly, no phone call necessary.

Thought I’d try the app to set up a detailing service for the season. Set up sucked. Not intuitive or direct. Service choice didn’t show what the website does. After multiple attempts the app sent a blank order for no particular service. Time to find a new dealer, boat and marina.

Appreciate having my boat service records in one place and how easy it is to chat with the shop when I have questions. Makes placing orders and paying invoices a breeze. Love the digital forms for winterization and recommisioning as well. Awesome!

I used to spend ages trying to call my old boat mechanic and they never replied. Impressed that Marine max has an app. I hate calling people so this makes it so easy to get hold of my service advisor. I like being able t see my service history in one place.

This has made it so much easier for me to request service for my boat. Well done MarineMax!

Best app on the App Store. No cap

Sorry Marine Max. This app is not very good. First I cannot download to my iPhone as an App. Why? Second the user interface is horrible. Has someone actually tried navigating the app. You will see the holes in the UI. It’s a nice idea with poor execution.

Nothing works. Total waste of time. Guess I’ll have to find someone else to do my service. Tried calling and left two messages in three days on service advisors voicemail. No return call. Tried the app. Nothing but errors. Horrible way to do business. I guess it’s true, all they care about is selling boats.

It worked like a charm last year, but it is plagued with errors this year and unusable. I’m guessing they didn’t update for new IOS version or something. I deleted the app.

Just kept saying “Error Occurred” so I deleted it
