Account creation is broken
Won’t let me create an account because you need to type your country but United States doesn’t come up. It just kinda freezes when I try to type

I like it,particularly the show of the previous course line.
Great for coastal passage
Used it in conjunction with AIS enabled garmin plotter. Great when close to shore, it does need cell or wireless to share info. AIS communicates via VHF so is available offshore for your local vicinity
Best Marine Traffic Tool
Easy to use tool on iPhone and iPad, tons of features and value added functions and chart options. .

Great tool to look up friends out sailing when I’m stuck at home.
Useful research tool for academia
I would use this app in class when discussing some current naval or strategic related issue. You can see in real time what the status quo is.
Fun info on the ships you see
I just have the free version. It doesn’t show all the information about the ships, but it gives you the name and some basic info. Kind of fun to see the name of the ship., Even has info on personal yachts. If you pay, you can get a lot more information about them.
Best ship tracker available
Free version is great and there add-ons if you really need or want more info but I use it just for tracking and the free version is more than sufficient.
