Avevo formulato una mia domanda aprendo una richiesta, ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Addirittura mi hanno scritto che la mia richiesta si era conclusa, ma senza risposta.

Da quando ho fatto l’aggiornamento l’app non si avvia più. Chiedo come fare per utilizzare l’app nuovamente. L’abbonamento è in corso di validità.
