Good, not yet great
This is the best CRM for small service-oriented businesses. That doesn’t mean it’s great… it’s just better than the others (it’s a bit of a low bar). The app is very slow and buggy sometimes. There is no integration with Google voice, no ability to modify communication settings (it will send SMS messages to customers even at 3am), and the support is a lot of “we’ll get on that” but is very slow to actually build fixes or features. That said, I do like it and will continue to use it but really hoping it steps up and makes some very necessary changes.
