As a frequent flyer and elite member of multiple hotel loyalty programs, I can confidently say that Marriott delivers an unparalleled customer experience. Having stayed over 100 nights across various Marriott properties, I’ve consistently enjoyed exceptional service, comfort, and attention to detail. Marriott has earned my loyalty, and I intend to continue choosing their hotels whenever possible.

Simple, easy & intuitive

Lifetime T and user of 3 other programmes. Maybe it’s because I am so familiar with the ap but I find it super easy to use. The information about stays easy great and directions sync with CarPlay really well. Due to my status, I notice that I am never offered promotions, which is disappointing. My son-in-law gets an annual two times nights promotion and perhaps that is why they have grandfather Lifetime T. Between that and CCs people get heavy stay nights to easily.

Great service and accommodations!!! Bonvoy has always been my number one choice. Love you guys. DW

I’ve been using the app now for over four years. I love watching my points grow. It’s very easy and satisfying to see room options and hotel availability and book right away on the app. Couple that with a Marriott credit card and you’re looking at real savings. And as your status grows so do your rewards. It’s the only app I use!
