## Masareef Reviews in Kuwait

### *---- "Premium feature doesn’t work and support is unresponsive"
I subscribed to the Premium version specifically because of the advertised feature that automatically detects expenses/transactions from SMS messages. Unfortunately, after paying for the subscription, the feature did not work as expected.

I contacted customer support more than two weeks ago explaining the issue, and I still haven’t received any response or assistance.

Charging users for a Premium feature that doesn’t work properly, combined with completely unresponsive customer support, is extremely disappointing.

I would not recommend paying for the Premium subscription unless these issues are fixed and the support team actually starts responding to customers.
