Mashreq Neo - Bank easy

My card suddenly inactive when i want to use to make purchase but i just make a transactions last week then intry to call the customer service but is saying i dont have account 😭

Awesome bank they give salam points! But the only issue is i am not getting any messages for my balance everytime i made a transaction

I got an emergency and my card has no balance, asked my friend to transfer me the money and it took more than 3 hours for the money to post. If you advertise for a hassle free in getting this account online then make it 💯 % no more time delays even if it’s a different bank. You’re making things better for better situation not making the worst situation into better one.
