Still same insufficient metadata error, support cases never get any response. Not sure if developers are employed anymore on this app, seems like they paid some outsourced team a flat fee and then just do the bare minimum to nurse it along. What’s frustrating is this should not be a hard fix. Roku player only gives a black screen. I have to watch on web browser on iOS which is annoying because PiP does not work nor does hitting full screen

The fact that I have to watch this same advertisement every time I start the stream is annoying. Considering how often the stream lags or the audio/video gets off sync, I spend a lot of game time just rewatching the initial ad. Also, why can’t I switch between the streams without having to go back, select the other channel, and watch the ad? Really annoying.

The TVos version of this app on my AppleTV never works, while the version on my phone does. Almost every time I load the live stream, it’s a blank black screen. Never know whether I’ll be able to watch the Nats or not!

Every time I try to watch a game I log in with my tv provider, click the same and get an error code that says “Bad request. Insufficient metadata.” I have deleted the app and redownloaded several times and get the same thing every single time. Fix it.

Can you please stop giving ads just for going full screen. And not having PiP capabilities for an app in 2024 is absurd. Give the fans a big league product, it’s embarrassing.

This app on Apple TV is so bad that even Oscar would rather be homeless than live in it. The Live TV part never works. I can get it to work fine on iPhone, iPad, and even a Fire TV, but the Apple TV version refuses to ever play the stream. I have even contacted customer support who gave me multiple suggestions to try. After I replied back that none of them work, they just stopped responding to my emails. A fiery end like the Hindenburg would be the only appropriate thing for this dumpster fire of an app.

The amount of times I’ve tried to select an orioles game to watch to only be presented a black screen is unbelievable. Their support team is a disaster aka does not exist. Everyone should be fired.

Slow, non responsive, and most importantly doesn’t stream. Useless.

Two weeks into the season and the app flat out doesn’t work on Apple TV when I want to watch live games. It only worked half the time last season and has somehow gotten worse this season. Really not sure how someone can promote this product with a straight face
