06/07/2024 update: I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email indicating that I would have the opportunity to be on a 30-minute Zoom call with a couple of folks from Master Lock’s product design/development team. We had a great conversation and it was very encouraging to know that Master Lock is listening to their customers with regard to how the product is currently being used, what works well, what doesn’t work so well, and any suggested improvements to the products. I’m hopeful that this great product can rise to excellent. Just tried the free version using Schlage key that the number was stamped on the key. After doing the adjustment it worked great. Matched identically. Wish there was more then a few lock brands to pick from on the app as I would be interested in buying the full app, but need additional brands of locks not included on the full version. Master Lock being one of them. I have a lock with no number on it and I would like to buy a duplicate lock, but no number stamped on the key I have. I would be using the app to decode the key to buy duplicate locks

Bought this for my Airbnb guests back I. January. It has only worked for one stay. Guests say the link for the invitation does not work, and on my side, everyone I use the app, it states that it is off line. Very disappointing, as I have to find another way to give the key to our guests.

I’m already in love with this lock and how easy it is to get it set up. I’m so tired of using the traditional key padlock to lock my garage. This also takes away one less key off my keychain! I haven’t put it on my garage yet, but the options on this device was very creative. Love the fact that you have a choice to use the primary touchpad code as a secondary option and also allowing others to be able to access it as well. I just hope it’s not hard to replace the batteries when it comes time to.

I have a 1500D padlock which I purchased about 5 years ago. I use the lock 2-3 times each week for the gym. Now, the combination padlock will not open using the instructed combination and had to be cut with bolt cutters to get to my gym locker. Do you have a guarantee for replacement? Thanks

I have had my bluetooth smart lock 4400D since the initial app release under the eLock branding and I still use the very same lock. The new app is so much smoother and I noticed the enterprise version has an app for the Apple Watch. Any chance home users can get an Apple Watch app? It would be an added convenience to have the same functionality for the Apple Watch in the home because if you live in a big house, your phone may not be able to connect within 6 feet of the lock if it’s charging in a different room which the watch would have enough battery throughout the day to make accessing locks a breeze.

This request has been out there for several years by numerous reviewers. Also would like to see the ability to assign different temporary numeric codes during the same time/day interval to different people such that it can be discerned on the report which user opened the lock (other than just knowing that it was opened/accessed by someone, if more than one person needs access during that day/time period). Thanks! ****************************************** I have 5 of these locks, and love the concept, but I’m hoping that at some point unique numeric codes can be given to individuals, rather than the blanket codes that cover an 8-hour timeframe for anyone who accesses the lockbox during that time. I use the lockboxes mostly for short term access by plumbers, electricians, pool maintenance people, etc — and asking them to download the app for one-time access or short term access is unrealistic. I’ve used Igloo lockboxes as well - they have excellent software but the hardware is difficult for most people to figure out, and the hardware has been unreliable, so I’ve standardized on Master Lock lockboxes — just wish they could make this simple software change!!

What’s the point of unlocking lock with your phone . You have to be next to lock to unlock box . Why not just unlock from the box . You only know the status of your lock box when your phone is next to box.
