I am trying since a while to make forget password and no emails sent for so long and never at all, which is stopping me to register my cards in new one or reach my account

Many lounges disappeared!! It needs updating the my card is world elite

I received an email yesterday that my card has been used in cairo lounge while it wasn’t me !! This is a new card issued which has no record on any website except your app ! So how this card has been used normally !!!!! And someone goes to lounge on behalf of me Using my card!!!!!!!

Difficult to register issue not approved by the bank. I contact the bank. Inform to contact you as no problem from my bank. So I would like your to solve the issue
