Inhalte sind sehr interessant.leider hängt die App häufig und das Casting funktioniert gar nicht.

Das Abo war gekündigt. Gebühr von 200€ wurde dennoch erhoben. Austausch mit Support kaum bis nicht vorhanden. Dafür unzählige Werbemails über Sonderangebote.

Leider bekommt man keine Mail, wenn man Passwort wiederherstellen möchte. Die App hängt sich auf und speichert den Progress des geschauten Videos nicht. Da ich mich nicht anmelden konnte, konnte ich mein automatisch-verlängerndes Abo nicht kündigen. 240€ umsonst … + 120€ vom Vorjahr

Your content is excellent, but the Apple TV app is quite disappointing. Basic features like fast-forwarding and rewinding are missing. Additionally, the context menus cannot be opened, and it seems like the app is optimized for the old Apple TV remote rather than the new one. Some buttons even lack labels. Please address these issues. You’re aiming to offer a high-class product, but you’re neglecting your app on Apple TV.

Menüführung, Kategorisierung, Suchfunktion sehr schlecht, unfassbar lange Ladezeiten, dadurch praktisch unbrauchbar!

Great content, period. Worthwile. User experince in the app itself is bad. Bad navigation, cant look for new classes while watching a class in the background without the whole thing stopping 3 times where you have to navigate back to the background class. Complicated.

Die App bietet echt super viel, vor allem von sehr akkreditierten Personen sind hoch qualitative Inhalte zu finden. Mit einer solchen Bandbreite von Themen und Interessensfeldern, dass man garnicht weiß, wo man eigentlich anfangen soll. Nur der Preis ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig es ist nicht teuer und jeden Cent wert allerdings kann man nochmal 50% sparen wenn man auf Aktionen warten bei der Anmeldung, die allerdings alle paar Wochen stattfinden.

The content is great no doubts and deserves at least 5 stars. But the app is very poorly developed. Inconsistent between devices and browsers and also breaking the UI, which requires to force quit the app on a regular basis to be able to close a video e.g. To raise the awareness, I am giving overall 1 star, which shouldn’t impact the rating of the app but give a hint to users and especially the devs.

I would give 5 stars if download would be supported across all plans. Not having it included in basic plan is just a very annoying way of making money. The content and the classes are topnotch.

Ich habe das Abo abgeschlossen, weil ich mir vor allem vom Gesangsunterricht mit Christina Aguilera Übungen erhofft habe die man nicht auf YouTube findet. Generell habe ich mir im musikalischen Bereich viel reichhaltigere Informationen und Anregungen gewünscht. Ich meine, die App heißt Masterclass... leider liefern Aguilera und auch z.B. John Legend nur sehr oberflächliche Inhalte und werden nicht wirklich musikalisch-spezifisch. Es sind eher philosophische Ansätze oder eben sehr simple rudimentäre Dinge, die man locker kostenlos auf YouTube hört oder bei einer kostenlosen Probestunde an einer Musikschule erzählt bekommt. Aber bei einem Preis von 130€ habe ich mir in dem Bereich mehr erhofft. ABER! Die Bandbreite an Angeboten ist so breit und vielfältig, dass ich diese App trotzdem empfehlen würde. Es gibt so viel Angebote zum Thema Gesundheit und Psyche, die mir sehr weiterhelfen. Darüber hinaus finde ich das Design der App sehr gelungen. Simpel, funktional und stylisch. Da man nur ein Jahresabo abschließen kann, wäre eine Probephase von 7 Tagen aber eigentlich das Mindeste. Man hat ja keine Ahnung was einen erwartet und wofür man die 130€ eigentlich ausgibt. Gäbe es ein monatliches Abo, wäre das ok. Das was ich mir erhofft habe, habe ich leider nicht bekommen, dafür vieles andere. Daher 3 Sterne, wobei ich 2,5 vergeben würde, wenn das möglich wäre.
