I am having the same problem with the golf task it goes 1 hop then it freezes also on iPad , I did not lose a round but it never progressed, please help I love this game at least I did I was on level 1647 I deleted the app and going to try it again
The game is stuck open at the golf cup when I lost a round and will not close or let me go back to play again. I have rebooted my iPad to no avail. Love the game but I can’t play anymore. ID EAOF53B9193BD
Great game. But it’s stuck on a reward that it won’t let me collect or cancel out of. Where do you get support?
on conveyor belt levels some items cannot be retrieved so you have no ability to win the level and you have to give up and loose your progress. It has been this way for quite awhile, I guess no plans to fix it. Glad I never spend real money on this game and get ripped off by this happening.
They now let you start over, we will see how it goes this time. It’s a lot different tan it used to be.
This game would be great if the data aspect were improved. The game keeps taking my tools that are earned and/or purchased. I started taking screenshots each round to be sure this was happening. Also I have installed the updated version, but the “tournaments “ do not show up, which takes the fun out of playing! I wish they could get it straight…it would be nice!
Won’t open after update. It was working fine on my iPad and then just stopped opening. Did the update still won’t open
The recent changes have made the game better again! Prior to the changes the game was almost unplayable - the levels were too hard/not enough time/too many challenges to get through. My only suggestion would be to charge 100 coins to clear the squares and not 900! OR have the option to watch an ad from a sponsor.
This game started out fun but now that the graphics changed its so small it is impossible to find everything in the allotted time..could you please change it back? I will have to find a new match 3game and delete this one.
Was a lot of fun but the graphics are so small it’s difficult to find things. I have played quite a few difficult levels & was able to complete them but this one level I’m on is almost impossible due to the size of the graphics. And it only gives you 1 minute 20 seconds to find multiples of 6 items. I’ve been on this level for almost 2 weeks & can’t even get close to solving it. So when it’s not fun anymore, it’s time to delete it & find another enjoyable game. It’s too bad because it is a fun & sometimes challenging game but not when you can’t see objects well enough to complete the game.
