Ville være dejligt, at man kunne se alle andre fra klubben, at man ikke behøver at være venner.

Cookies are enabled, but the app says “Cookie not found” and won’t let me log in. And without the app, it’s impossible to, e.g., accept invitations to games. I can log in at the MATCHi website well enough, but it’s a dead end, as it forwards me to the broken app via a QR-code. Smart thinking.

When using the invite friend facility the link is perfectly generated. You pass that link on to friends, but when they click on it the “open with Matchi” button does nothing. Kindly check this out.

Hvorfor skal appen som noget nyt have fuld kalenderadgang for at man kan tilføje sine bookinger i kalenderen? Hvorfor er det ikke nok med adgangen til at “tilføje i kalender”?

The user experience is awful and the payment process is not transparent at all. You’ll be invoiced a certain amount but charged a different amount. The customer service is of no help

First of all: terrible customer service (Emelie specifically) I had an issue with an unauthorised charge by Matchi app. I had used their “pay your part” payment option where the payment is divided between players. Each played paid their part right away. In the check-out process there’s a disclaimer that the full amount will be reserved until 2h after the booking ends in case everyone hasn’t paid their part. Fair enough, but everyone had paid their part and I was still CHARGED the full amount. I reached out and the explanation was that it’s just how the system works if I book more than 7 days ahead. Fair, but not what I agreed to in the check-out process. To that Emelie answered: “Im not sure what you are asking about, this is how the system work, this is what we doing and if you are not satisfied with that, don't use the app. 🤷🏼‍♀️”

det kunne være dejligt hvis man kunne se mere information når man skal logge ind for jeg kunne nemlig ikke finde ud af det fordi der bare står kodeord!!!

Har godt nok ikke meget godt at sige om jeres app, besværligt at tilføje folk og når man så har tilføjet hinanden på appen, kan man ikke bruge det til noget, da man så skal skrive alles mail ind når man skal booke en tid, der kunne i lære lidt fra Playtomic.

Virker håbløst at man ikke kan afmelde en turnering i app. Man skal selv tage kontakt til stedet. Brugerfladen er jeg heller ikke imponeret over. Plads til forbedringer.

Lidt træls at man ikke kan finde medlemmer og melde dem til uden at ha den mailadresse de bruger.
