I was playing ball blast like the hit game in French class then a stupid idiot named delta made me install this stupid app. Don’t but Mauril get ball blast instead or blockplast

Great app with engaging, informative material. There's a bug with flashcards that prevents one from swiping to the next.

The French version doesn’t work. If I choose a level higher than beginner, it just does not open the next screen where a test supposed to begin. If I go to the beginner, I can see the lesson’s content but the links do not work and the videos do not open

I’m wondering, why the app content is unavailable in some countries like the mine. I’m preparing my landing to Canada in few months, so I would improve my english. I’m a new immigrant. It’s a real shame. 🥲

Like I could change the interface language when I 1st started but even in the settings app, nothing changes There are some misspellings Quatre-ving-dix when it should be Quatre-ving-dix Copin instead of copain etc. And sometimes the subtitles are delayed! It’s really annoying and there’s some especially in the intermediate level. Some subs don’t say exactly what the characters say. I haven’t made it to advanced yet. But I hope this trend is not continue.

This app is much improved and a lot more enjoyable to use. Good job Devs!

This is a great addition to my learning and it’s great that it’s free. It could really benefit though from having playback-speed and some more rewind lengths (like 5- and 2-second rewind) controls like on YouTube and Audible. Pedagogical studies have shown that humans are able to learn faster and better through deep learning; rapid review of- and adaptation to mistakes. This would be easier if the listener could slow down the rate and review a missed or misunderstood word more rapidly and with less effort.

You should have a little knowledge about French, the CBC shows that the learning experience is based on, are in Canadian French which make a mockery of the real French as their prononciation is based on Québec accent that’s hard to decipher and understand. Don’t judge French language from Québec accent which is only spoken among uncivilized populations of France. I don’t recommend it for a real immersive experience of French language. It is useless unless you get out and speak the language with real people and first of all read and learn some grammar! Also the available avatars for profile pictures are racist and not inclusive! They don’t represent the diverse population of Canada.
