It signs me off all the time for no reason. I always need to sign in every day and it stresses me out. I always travel abroad and connects to airport and other public WIFI for communication, but the VPN could not stay connected when you needed it the most. Imagine getting signed out aaallll the time? Every time i check the app I always need to repeat the sign on process. I have a yearly premium subscription, I guess I am not continuing it anymore.
You said after 30 days if your not satisfied your going to refund the money what now. Just subscribed today and today I cancel my subscription because of your system. I this what are you doing to people?

Account was auto renewed without prior notice. Trying to cancel and get a refund online is impossible. You will get redirected to a customer support page where a bot chat can’t process your request or you’ll be instructed to call them in a toll free hotline that doesn’t work.

Screen is not auto rotating to landscape mode even in iPhone 12 pro max and iPad pro. It should also be able to have a landscape mode since its difficult to use when attached to a magic keyboard
