Cannot collect points and keeps displaying the message “try again.”!!!!!

Liar and thieves. Redeemed a burger but didn't receive it even though the points had been deducted.
Used to be okay
I cannot redeem the mymcd feedback free coke anymore. I always got message "we opologise, but we could not add the deal to your current order" since last week.
Too many problem
This app got too many problem, not user friendly. I have redeemed hash brown 2 times but only 1 time shown but points deducted double. And got one time I have ordered n paid but the outlet actually already closed. Also no inform or anything, I have waited for 1 hour plus but the app still show they preparing the food.
