I'm trying to order a breakfast meal, but I can't add it to my order because the selection is greyed out.

Tried to redeem spicy nuggets, the app says item is in the bag, but bag was empty when i check.

The order page always tries to cache the location despite the drastic change of the current GPS location! And there are ZERO warnings about the location. For many times, the app just simply allows the customer to proceed to payment without indicating the location CLEARLY (it only appears in small grey text at the top). It feels like the app tries to hide it to increase the chance of mistakes so the company can get the money without having to serve the food! It’s a terrible design!

Order food 2 hrs. Cannot track food.

Unable to load for 2 days already!

This is so annoying! Please do update your apps it keep crash !!

It’s slow and make worse with non functioning payment that charge 2x and the order was still not processed within the App. Had to apply for getting the incorrect charges on my credit card. It should be a straightforward app to facilitate ordering food and payment but causes extreme inconvenience to customers.

Keep adding the UOB promo code for free delivery above $20. But at check out it never applies. Keeps charging!
