It’s the 6th time I download the app it never works …. I’m losing out on rewards
Chowing points
Kindly fix the bug where you're unable to redeem more than one coupon or reward at a time. I'm losing seemingly irrefundable points because of your bug.
What a waste of time
This app was working fine on my iPhone in South Africa now all of a sudden it doesn’t want to work, what a waste of time and energy on a useless app
Promotion/Special Error
Literally banked on the chicken fold over special with chips and a Big Mac grimace special for my gf and it both bugged out on the machine. Took the points without accepting the code. Now we have to pay full price without having used the special/promotion. No other way to say this but can’t trust or use this app anymore.
Scam
This app will scam you, restaurants just cancel orders or omit other items you have ordered and it is just difficult/almost impossible to get a hold of them.
Change for the worse
I have had this app since 2022 honestly deals have changed for the worse!!
Pointless unless you cannot move for a couple of hours
Delivery takes over an hour and a half, I am less than 4km away
My app doesn’t work
It give me an error code D8-GCS-KVI-3KI
Very unhappy
This is/was my favorite restaurant but since my app doesn’t work I’m contemplating, it hasn’t worked for three weeks now and since then I haven’t gone to McDonalds. Please get back to me I really want to spend my 6000pts
