ME Go is ME’s brand-new app jam packed full of smart tools to help with your everyday spending and saving.
 
Open an account in 5 minutes and get Go’ing:
 
1. SpendME – an everyday account with a linked debit Visa card where we donate to your chosen charity every time you tap your digital card
2. SaveME – a savings account with bonus interest to get you to your goals sooner
3. HomeME – a savings account specifically designed for those saving for a home deposit.
 
1. Feel good about your spending with a SpendME Account.
• Every time you pay with your digital wallet, ME donates 1c to the charity aligned with your Visa debit card. Choose between the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Beyond Blue, Orange Sky, the Australian Wildlife Conservancy or Minus18.

I entered my access code incorrectly ONCE (usually I use face Id so I cant remember what code I used for GO me app). They locked me out of the app. The automatic email said I can reset the access code in the app but there is no way to do that because I GOT LOCKED OUT OF THE APP?!?

Being left on hold for more than an hour now and I’m so stressed out. Pls fix this because this doesnt make any sense!

I was looking to get good interest on my savings after ING changed the goal posts. I get the same interest as they used to give and an app that works so well. One glitch is you cannot copy and paste an amount from another source into say a funds field. Any amount copied turns into $5 when you paste any copied amount into the amount field?

This weekend I was migrated to the Me Go app. 
It went very well. Account balances transferred, scheduled payments transferred. A really seamless transition.
Having suffered through UBank moving to UBank and Citibank moving to NAB I know this can be traumatic. So. Well done Me Bank. 
Only one very small complaint. I should not have to search for a log out button.

Since we have changed to MeGo app I have had trouble getting my card and pin to work. Absolutely hopeless. Now I will have to ring you during office hours when I am working to continue using the “bonus interest”. Plus online banking also is a hassle, sometimes I can’t get into that too. What are you lot doing? It was never this hard before.

The new ME Go app has lost some of the simple features that make banking easy. The new Lock Screen only has the ability to display 1 account, and the Home Screen is not customizable. Meaning if you want to check the balance of your other accounts, you must login, then navigate to accounts. The new Home Screen is messy and hard to find the right information.
