Mealmon is the app that combines a fitness/diet completion diary with a "take care of your digital monster" game.
Mealmon is not about registering all the food you eat or all the exercise you do! There are plenty of apps that do that already!
Mealmon is much more simple simple:
Every night, Mealmon asks you two questions:
-Did you followed today's diet (meal plan)? Yes / No
-Did you followed today's exercise routine plan? Yes / No
It's up to you to answer those questions honestly... and after a few days wi will see you Mealmon evolve (and hopefully, your body too!).
Mealmon will provide the motivation to keep you going and stick to your diet and exercise! But if you do average, your mealmon will also do average and you will see no changes at all.
