Been using this app, used a few apps like this but this is by far the best one, lovin it! It allows us to keep track and control our meals, been preparing my meals for 2 days, can adjust every single meal to my needs. Recipes are great! This makes cooking much easier, and less time in the kitchen. Great app, can t wait to see how it evolves.

I’m using MealPrepPro on the Mediterranean plan with my partner to plan out our healthy meals for the week and I’ve really enjoyed how easy the app is to use and how easy the recipes are for a home cook.

Lots of meals to choose from. App works well including scaling recipes, avoiding chosen ingredients, step by step cooking display, and recording consumption/favorites. I especially love the customizable macros meal planning.

I’m so glad I’ve found this app. I have been using it for a couple of days and So far I have had no problems. It is very easy, it is very helpful and I love that it gives you an itemized grocery list so I know exactly what and how much to buy!!

I put in the most novice options because this app was suppose to make meal prep and grocery lists easy. They gave an extremely complex and expensive grocery list that is completely unattainable for my budget and lifestyle.

So great and convenient! Wish it was a little easier to add your food in , but other than that I can’t live without it!

This is a great app to provide you with the flexibility you need with the diet that you want. The recipes are excellent. Nice breakdown into prep times for quality meals. This is a high-quality app. I really enjoy it and find it worth the money.
