My eyesight is very poor and consequently the recapture option specifically that part of that app which requires to select Various pictures (very low quality) is almost impossible for me to use. The previous version kept me logged in this new version has already thrown me out once requiring a password reset which is complex for someone with low vision. I managed on the sixth attempt to access the app. Sadly it did not keep me logged in and it’s frankly a pain in the bum having to try to re-access my account. Additionally there really should be a dark / high contrast theme for those who have low vision. Occasionally the camera freezes and I have to restart the app. The medication counter assumes you take one tablet per day, which is great if you do, but unhelpful if you don’t. 2 years ago the notifications of prescriptions being ready to collect worked on my iPhone 12, but ever since nothing seems to fix it. And then, one day when I walked in, it just refused to work, failing at the load screen with an alert saying that it couldn’t access the internet. This almost left me stranded without very important meds. Healthcare tools need extra checks and balances on things like errors and bugs. I’ve checked the settings, it’s up to date, and there’s no rational reason for this error. So you end up with expired medications and old meds that can’t be deleted. It’s annoying when trying to order meds from your pharmacy online as the information is incorrect. This then can leave you without meds if you order over a Christmas/ New Year period when it hard to get in to see your doctor for new scripts.
