Game has gone downhill over time. There are mechanics that force you to pay real money or lose progress over short time limits.

i think overall the game is awesome and i really enjoy it.but it’s just the amount of time you have to wait to continue playing,the only way around it is to either watch an ad or pay money for gems to skip forward, not only that but also having “energy” for every move you make on the board. which is also another annoying feature. i understand there would be multiple reasons as to why it’s like this but the obvious reason being a money grab and that they don’t wont people to fly through the game finishing it to quickly.easiest way is to fix things like this is to bring more and eye catching things to the game that you have to purchase rather then making people have to pay if they want to play the game then and there.

I notice that an event I going to start happening and I thought I could start before every one else so when I clicked it went to the loading screen, but it freezes at 100% without loading fix it 😡

I started playing this game during my exam season last year and found it very relaxing, with motivating rewards and a surprisingly cool story. The pay-to-win ads were a bit annoying, but I could at least respect the devs for putting decent rewards in for ftpers like me. Fast forward to now, where the story has not progressed for what feels like forever. The game gets development only in terms of events, which sometimes feel halfway decent and most of the time are just a heartless cash grab. The economy of my little medieval town has crashed and burned to the point where a full set of armour goes for less than 50 gold, and the standard daily quest reward is 3xp. The only reason I haven't uninstalled the game is because I have some irrational belief that someone will see the original vision and make the game good again. Astoria's parents did not die for this!

Devs have ruined the game by changing game mechanics, purely to force players to spend in game money. This used to be such a fun game, it’s disgusting what they’re doing to it.

Love the game, but some of the tasks in the special events just take way too long to complete without cashing in on gems or other in game purchases…. That might be the end result- forcing players to cash in before the special events end but for players like me who prefer to play without paying, it’s incredibly infuriating having to wait or be limited by the recharge time of equipment and energy. Still love the game overall though !

I’ve been playing for over a year now and with every update, the developer’s greed became more clear. The game used do be fun, with event being fun and actually achievable with spending $100+. Now it will take days to complete a task, regardless of its being a timed event or not. The game play is one longer enjoyable and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Was a brilliant game, did exactly what you wanted from a merge game and was interesting enough to achieve what you wanted out of it. Now it’s ads to get anything you want, inflated prices, rare drops for anything needed and double too triple ups of the same and hard items to get. There are many reviews that are identical to the one I’m making now and my advice is to not get addicted to a buggy mess of a game. To emphasis that point my game has bugged out so much that the event they have posted has ended and restarted 4 times for me now and has lead to the game saying it will take “45 066” days until tomorrows refreshes… Beyond this I have sent several emails to the support team to help with the issues without a single response back. If there is no fix the game and all my progress will have to be deleted as I can’t physically play anymore. Upon struggling to play further past my initial review they have continued on a downward spiral with the aspiration of making the game even more unplayable. With changing a feature the gave you very little money already to do basically nothing with, they have elaborated on this to make everything worth nothing basically making archiving anything a redundant aspiration. The developers need to grow up and stop taking their ideas from money hungry, Fortnight playing 12yr olds. Save yourself time and Don’t get started and download this stupidly progressed game!
