I used this app a while and thought it was great but right now it’s not very usable. If I open the app and mark a dose as taken, the app will register it as taken but immediately freeze meaning I need to restart the app to mark off anything else. Often when I use the app, if I switch to a different day, it will become unresponsive forcing me to restart the app, usually multiple times in a row before it works.
I can’t work it out. Help!
Since they have now started to charge an annual or monthly charge if you want to add more than 2 medications. The additional benefits that come with the premium app are simply not worth it to me and the free app is now just too basic, the reason why I have given 1 star.
Emailed support for help and received no response. Furthermore it’s not possible for two adults to manage a child’s medication. Creating an account is very challenging.
Since the last few updates, I have had trouble scrolling through past times, and have not been able to record the times that I have taken my meds. Also, when marking as taken it is not marking that I have taken them. I’m tempted to stop using the app, but it has been so helpful on the past, I’m hoping that they get the app working properly again.
Fab little app to help remind you when to take meds but more importantly- check to see if you did take your meds or not!
I raved about this app previously. It was a godsend. Over the last year or two it has started crashing on occasion which was frustrating. Over the last month or so the app has become unusable. It crashes the moment it opens over and over. I’m on the latest version, and my phone software is up to date. I contacted support, sending them screen recordings of what is happening. After a few days they replied and said they are looking into it. That was just shy of 2 weeks ago now, with no further contact since. I take a lot of different medications, at various different times, and it’s important to keep an accurate record of what time I am taking them - especially the painkillers where there’s a risk of overdose if I take too many. Unless the app can be fixed, they should pull it from the App Store.
Exactly what I need
I love this app. It does everything I want it to do, keeping track of all my meds and supplements and reminding me to take them. I love the way it reminds you by making a sound like a pill bottle shaking instead of an annoying ding or whatever. Makes me smile. Thank you.
