Als je ziet wat deze app allemaal te bieden heeft van zijn ontstaan tot hedenmiddag er altijd  vernieuwing en verandering.
Je kunt deze app op ieder moment van de dag  tot je nemen en wat je probleem of wat je ook nodig hebt op het moment zal je met behulp van deze app je kunnen verlichten en wat ik ervaar telkens een totale andere vibe geven wat je nodig hebt .
De app is zo uitgebreid dat er voor elk obstakel dat je belemmering geeft een ander inzicht kan geven. 
Je mag zwaarmoedig opstaan of je niet lekker voelen of gestrest zijn enz .
Als je daadwerkelijk aan de slag gaat met deze app , het juiste er uithaalt wat je nodig hebt of in combinatie het doet je mooie wereld opengaan.
Als je er wat mee speelt en dingen uitprobeert zal je versteld zijn wat deze app je zal brengen.
Ik gebruik het voor mezelf maar ik gebruik het ook voor de kids die daar super aangenaam mee aan de slag gaan , je ziet daadwerkelijk wonderen gebeuren .
Test het zelf maar eens uit ga er even intens mee aan de slag op alle niveaus en je zal iets ontdekken waar je in je verste dromen niet had kunnen verwachten wat een voordeel dit je gaat geven op gans je lichaam.
