Medium: Read & Write Stories

Full with promotions and forbidden to read all articles. It is worse than without having account. So decision was easy. Deleting account after without 5 min and bad user experience. I don’t like and I don’t recommend it. Bad impressions.

Yesterday I payed for subscription and downloaded the app. It blocked my phone when I opened an article with code snippets inside. I tried to upgrade my OS but that didn’t help. If it’s because of the snippets please replace them by images when viewed on mobile devices. I am unable to read on my phone right now.

- automatic switch to night mode; - history of articles I've visited - easily accessible tab at bottom listing the publications and people i follow - more ways of sorting articles in a publication. There should be an ‘all articles from pub’ section or something like that, now it is very hard to view all articles made by a publication in a chronological order

“Oh thats a nice clickbait title, has no star so let me check it out... oh its only for members, but it had no star?” Absolute waste of time.

There is no option to browse categories to search for content that’s different than my usual

Medium has been invaluable to receiving the right amount of worth reading, credible content on topics relevant for me. Truly invaluable. Will be switching to premium membership.

Great app for reading. I started using Medium a few months ago and I find it really nice. The option for bookmarks is perfect and I usually save some interesting texts for later. Maybe a reminder about the saved things would be a nice addition. Haven't tested the writing option yet, but I am planing to do it soon.

I use the app to access and write/respond on Medium. Well made, and almost no crashing 😀
