I love Medscape, but I can’t stand the fact that on iPads which cannot support iPad os, we are forced to put up with a version similar to the iphone version, where everything is in one column.  Before the ipad version allowed one to see the topics while reading through the article.

This is a fantastic app for all specialties but I have never been able to post a comment, the commands just don’t respond. It’s a shame because there are a number of interesting discussions following the varied and interesting research news reports (although a few low quality and pharma funded ones should be dropped) This is very frustrating as sometimes I do feel I have something relevant to contribute. I have asked support many times over several years but have never been provided with a solution. In addition the App seems to have a mind of its own and plugs me into other specialties. It is quite difficult to navigate back to my own. Often I don’t even get a reply from support. Please fix this Medscape.

I don't usually review, however felt I needed to on this excellent application. 
I originally downloaded this application just to check personal potential drug interactions as I take a lot of health supplements.

However I also develop Clinical software and use clinical reference material constantly in my role. 

This application has an abundance of reference material, pointers to online calculators, formularies, the list goes on.

Ideal for anyone wanting almost a one stop shop to portable reference material.
Navigation is fluid (I should know I design similar)
The screens are crisp and clean. Sometimes with rich applications you lose the fluidity. This however has great ease of use. 

Looks great on both iPhone and tablet.
