Impossible to cancel subscription!

I already sent 3 mails because it has been impossible to cancel the subscription by the app. But meet up still try to charge me for a subscription! They do everything to keep you in the app, even not processing subscriptions cancellations… that has been my experience with this app, actually still not solve the problem and MeetUp still trying to charge me for this app!!! Processs my cancelation!

Almost perfect

Good app working very easy on the mobile, very handy to create an event in 2min. Still I find really annoying that we have to use horizontal "landscape format" photos for the cover of every event. Always have to spend much extra time to get one with that odd size. Who uses horizontal photos nowadays? vertical is the standard, and meetup should review that, sorry a little extra work for the programers here maybe, to save the event hosts a lot of time and hassle in the future.

Can’t unsubscribe

I’ve been emailing you for days now asking to unsubscribe me, because THE CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION BUTTON DOESNT EXIST! I’ve already filed a complaint. Criminals.

This application has helped me reach pleasant goals. Awesome resource. Thanks

I just started with this other new app for Meetup.

I was able to see where I could schedule more events, but it isn’t evident about how to copy the last one over and over again for each different event date. It used to be more self evident, but it seems more complicated now.

Why can’t I upload a group cover photo? I go to group setting, says go to homepage and find button, button doesn’t exist. Am I missing something? Why have an organizer app if I’m going to have to use the website? The flow between the organizer app and the user app should be better. I had 3 people join my group and I didn’t get any notification for the individual members, why? It’s pretty important to know who and when people are joining. It’s not a bad app but the flow needs to be better. UX needs improvement
