Superb platform in which to pursue your hobbies with like minded people . Easy to navigate .
Terrible app, basic functions don’t work
This is the worst app I use and despite updates basic features don’t work It’s as if the developers don’t test or use their own app!!!! It can’t even remember my search result display settings. Everything is mixed up over several days instead of displaying chronologically. My DISPLAY BY DATE setting is never remembered nor is the IN PERSON EVENTS setting. It’s a joke that MeetUp are trying to charge people for this awful app. Even when I painstakingly go through and select my interests it will show me religious event which I have no interest in. A total time waster of an app!!!
Wrong charge
I cancelled my organiser subscription and left the groups and I have been charged 72 euros
Poor UX
I’m increasingly finding meetup very glitchy and cumbersome.
Awful
Meetup has gone severely downhill. So hard to use, always problems, no customer support. Really can be a nightmare. Eventbrite is way better what you post is what you see and customer is always available for instant help
Re: no notifications on iPhone
3 months and no resolved on my issue . Bad customer service. Same response months now . Delete and reinstall app . Still no notifications received months later . Update : Another month passed .issue still not resolved . What’s going on ????
Very bad
I have paid yearly money for this app and it didn’t help me to get any people to my group. I do not recommend. It’s waste of money!!
App lagging
Delays when tapping anything on this app with freezing occurring quite often. There seems to be some issue with scrolling down on a page as well. Otherwise I would be enjoying the app.
Motivating
I find connecting with other writers is really helpful and motivating.
