This app cannot work in background like iCloud camera upload so please work on it

Why the subscriptions are cheaper on App Store and Costly on Website? Overall Mega is a life saver.
Problem
Its a good app but today when i try to open it it could not open stuck at mega logo every time so I uninstall and install it again but now I can’t create my account or login my account my lot of data have in it can anyone suggest me how do i login my account?

Whats the problem…app is not opening and error saying its taking longer than expected

No background downloading
This is not a iOS restriction why this app cannot download in the background? I mean it is not for me and what is even the point of the app if not even download in the background we could browse and download in background with the safari I don’t even see the point of this anymore
Email id has been removed unable to login in
Due to the saturation of my memory on Mega, I encountered a perplexing predicament. Curiously, I neither received any form of electronic communication nor was I duly notified regarding this matter. Consequently, I found myself compelled to uninstall the application a fortnight ago. Astonishingly, upon attempting to log in again using the same email identifier, the Mega server asserted the nonexistence of said email. In light of this circumstance, I am wholeheartedly prepared to procure additional storage capacity. I humbly request your prompt assistance in resolving this situation.

Really good app but when I try to save smth it asks for permissions to my gallery when I try to give the option doesn’t appear
