These Interfaces should only be installed by a qualified installer.

I have one Mitsubishi air conditioning unit connected to the old classic app.

Had a new air conditioning unit fitted, was puzzled as to why this needs the new app while the previous unit remains on the old one. Bizarre situation…

Unable to get the new air conditioning unit to connect via this app. Tried multiple times following both written instructions and video instructions. Simply doesn’t work.

Extremely poor and reflects very badly on Mitsubishi having such a substandard experience.

### *---- "Does not connect AirCon to your phone"
The app continuously freezes during setup. For me, it’s at the “connect to WiFi” stage. I am on my 25th attempt and still can’t get the app to set up the link. No app control is a really bummer given that’s one of the selling points. I’m now looking at changing units and seeking money back. This really needs looking into.

### **--- "Units keep going offline"
When the app works it is great. The problem is units just randomly go offline all the time, mostly they seem to reconnect automatically within a short time. The issue is not the WiFi it seems to be more of a server issue. However for some unknown reason the odd unit will just stay offline and not reconnect! This then means going through the rigmarole of re-adding the unit to my account, this means having to scan the outdoor unit too! After this, fortunately it does reconnect in the app. This does seem to be a regular occurrence though! With all these issues it’s obvious the app needs some work and judging by all the other reviews it is not just me having these issues. Like I said when everything is working it is good, but just not reliable enough. Hopefully someone in Mitsubishi reads these reviews and can come up with a solution.

The installer set the app up and misspelt my name but unable to change it. As several others have said, the connection drops and goes offline, even though the ASHP is working. I’ve contacted the support team but haven’t had a reply. I was sold the dream regarding the company and they can’t get an app to work properly. Had the ASHP for 2 months, that’s all ok atm, just this app really brings it down.

Worst app I have ever used. Update to the latest version and now just does not open. Tells me an error in occurred and try later. Awful.
