### ****- "Super contenu mais app à améliorer"
Je me suis abonnée pour les masterclass de Gabor Maté et le contenu est top. Par contre l'app doit encore être beaucoup améliorée. Pour ce qu'on paie je m'attendais à une app mieux développée. Elle n'est pas du tout intuitive. Par ex, j'écoute les vidéos avec l'audio original en anglais et des sous-titres, mais l'app ne rentient pas mes préférences d'une vidéo à l'autre ça revient vers le doublage en français. À chaque vidéo je suis obligée de remettre l'audio en anglais, c'est très embêtant. Et ce même si dans le préférences générales de l'app j'ai choisi l'anglais comme langue préférée.

Scandaleux!!! Ils ont renouvelé mon abonnement sans mon consentement clair, en me prélevant 288 € d’un coup, alors que je n’ai rien validé. On m’a dit qu’un mail avait été envoyé, mais vu la quantité de messages qu’ils envoient, difficile de tout suivre. Un tel montant ne devrait pas être prélevé sans une confirmation explicite de l’utilisateur. Aucun remboursement possible, c’est clairement abusif.

J’ai payé 144 euros pour avoir accès aux masterclass de Michel Cymes sur le site Mentorshow. Le site ne fonctionne pas et Mentorshow reconnaît qu’il y a un problème et me propose de passer par l’appli. Mais sur l’appi on me demande de repayer 199 euros! J’espère qu’ils me trouveront vite une solution

Très bons contenus. Superbes sélection d'intervenants. 
Hélas, difficultés régulières pour lire les vidéos où l'écran indique "error loading video". Très souvent (en WI-FI ou en 5G) et donc assez énervant lorsqu'on veut suivre des présentations sur la méditation. 😉

Cependant pas mal de bug au niveau de l’application. Le suivi des cours déjà conseillé n’est pas correct. La fonction pause marche mais si parfois cela relance au début de la vidéo après. Pas moyen de voir les donnes de son abonnement.
Bref il y a du travail d’amélioration de l’application. Ou sinon sujets interessants.

Je connais Christophe André comme auteur de livres sur la méditation et aussi comme guide à la voix parfaite en audio et au physique de moine zen en video. Je conseille cette app à toute personne qui veut s’y mettre. Bravo !

Malgré un message au service client pour annuler le renouvellement automatique de l’abonnement, et reçu confirmation je reçois un mois avant l’échéance un nouveau message. Ils ont replacé mon abonnement en renouvellement automatique… de l’arnaque pure et simple !
