Lorsque que je me connecte à l’application ou au site en ligne, on me demande de m’abonner et de payer une deuxième fois. Je n’ai donc pas accès au contenu. Je leur ai envoyé un courriel à cet effet et on m’a répondu (après un certain délai, donc pas rapide) qu’ils n’arrivaient pas à localiser mon compte ainsi que mes détails de paiement et ce malgré le fait que je leur ai envoyé une capture d’écran de la facture contenant tous les détails de paiement ainsi que le numéro de transaction. Je leur ai donc envoyé toutes ces informations une deuxième fois et depuis, aucun signe de leur part.
