App crashing
App just crashes basically is just a black screen.
App doesn’t open
Every time i want to open the app it just freezes and refuses to open. This is defeating the purpose of the app, and usage. Disappointed.
No AI support in Australia
It would be good to get the AI support for the glasses and app in Australia. I hear rumours of this but no support.
Don’t buy it
Worst experience of my life. In less than a week, I've had several issues with connectivity and Bluetooth. Today I made some videos, and after transferring them to my phone, my glasses won't even turn on. I paid almost $600 for this terrible experience.
Meta ai can not use in au again
How to I fix ot
Doesn’t Connect
Immediately after connecting my new rayban Meta Sunglasses to my phone via Bluetooth, it loses connection with the app and I can’t use the glasses for anything other than as headphones. I’ve not been able to use the glasses even once. Terrible
Suggestions
Allow siri, allow apple music,make the meta assistant smarter for simple functions such as playing a certain song, allow video format such as 16:9 or 9:16. These little things will make so much difference
