When trying to create my account I have only the option to take a picture of my Metro card, but even though I take clear photos without any glance or reflection, the application cannot read the barcode. I’ve tried multiple times and changed the background, but at the end I got the same result. Please fix your app or add an option to enter the card number and move forward with the registration process.
