The app crashes pretty much as soon as I click on it. What is happening??

I have been using this app on and off for some time now and it’s incredibly hit or miss. I was excited to finally get an update a couple of weeks ago. Upon installing said update the app won’t even open now. It’s been two weeks. I have the latest OS. Will someone please just make this work the way it’s supposed to??? Nov 27. I still can’t open this app. Wtaf???

This app has worked great every time that I’ve used it!

Please bring back the tracking!!!

I have heavily relied on this app for a while now. It’s not always 100% accurate and there is some weirdness with northbound VS southbound in the app, but I’ve figured out how to navigate that. Since the update today, it has completely stopped working. There is no longer GPS tracking, it simply shows you the bus schedule. If the bus is running late you will not know whether you’ve missed it or need to wait a bit longer. Now the app won’t even open for me. It’s been showing a loading screen for 10 minutes. Please just return the old version. I’m begging you.

Waiting for trolley, says 3 min away for over 40 min. Giving up and calling Uber.
