Mevo is the bikesharing service offered.
A real public transport service that can be used for all your journeys.
The fleet is composed of several hundred mechanical bikes. Use the application to find the nearest station, choose your subscription and unlock the bike of your choice by scanning its QR Code.
You can ride for up to two consecutive hours.
You can save your trips into the Apple Health app so you'll get credited for the effort, if you're into that kind of thing. Give Health access via the account view within the app.

They said they sent 20 pln to my bank account but money did not arrive
They said they sent 20 pln and 10 pln to my bank account but money did not arrive.
1,5 months has passed
I do not see money on my bank account
my bank does not see returns
my bank does not find returns by ARN
(although other returns are visible meaning something went wrong these 2 times)
I communicated a lot with support
sent them my bank account statement etc
they did not send my confirmation of payments from their bank (only some pictures from their internal system that are not valid documents for bank)
They refused to name sender legal name
Nothing helped
I felt angry and helpless
Nice app but need some improvements
- If you have any problems with a bike and app says lock/unlock your bike(any other screen with instructions ) there is No possibility to connect with support as you see only info message and that’s all. Please add “connect support” button on these screens.
- Sometimes app is frozen and re-launching doesn’t help

В программе я разочарован
На айфоне программа ужастно виснет и вообще вылетает из программы, если на счету меньше 10 злотых уже велосипед ты не возьмешь нужно пополнять чтобы было больше 10 злотых, вообщем велосипеды хорошие но программа разочарование, еще было бы не плохо если бы эти велосипеды появились в других городах например как Лодзь

Po płaskim terenie jak najbardziej, pod górę gorzej, aplikacja żadko sie zawiesza.
Dramat
Aplikacja zawiesza się, zamula, zużywa dużo transferu danych.
Niejednokrotnie rezerwowałem rower, którego, jak się później okazywało, nie było na stacji.
Ux leży. Żeby zeskanować kod qr roweru trzeba najpierw z mapy wejść w stację, to powinno być na wierzchu.
Pisanie na chacie totalnie zamula aplikację.
Itd itp
Czy osoby tworzące aplikacje korzystają z niej???

So recently I had a problem. Somehow GPS on the bike misplaced it, and I was charged 10 zł for parking not near station, but it was. At 20:00 I wrote an email, and in 5 minutes, I got my money back and huge apology letter. MEVO and MEVO stuff are the best.

Not responsive
iPhone 15 pro and app is not responsive after couple clicks. Starts to lag and only reopening helps for couple seconds.
