Keeps telling me to update the mobile app but have found this impossible to do as just goes back to the home page!!! Frustrating

If you’re a Lycamobile Spain customer then this is your app! You’ll be able to manage your lines from your phone in a simple and understandable way.
Having everything under control has never been easier:
- Your line usage: track your data, calls and SMS usage, check your active add-ons and do everything that you can think of about your lines
- Top up: you can top up your mobile phone from the app
You just need your mobile phone number and an I'm Lyca password to use the app. If you don’t have a password yet or if you forgot your password, you can get a new one from the app.

Transfer statistics 5 times what it should be. I know roughly how much data we use yet Lycamobile is recording about 5 times that amount is being used. Send
No es bueno
No hay opción para cambiar el idioma al inglés. Muchas características solo devuelven un error.
Nunca contrates a estos
Llevo un mes entero intentando cargar saldo a mi número, tarjeta, efectivo, he hablado por el chat de “asistencia”. Imagínate si para pagar es difícil, imagínate que tengas que resolver un problema serio. Mi recomendación huye y jamás contrates a estos
Fallo de Apple Pay
Siempre me da error cuando quiero pagar con Apple Pay, espero que lo mejoren pronto. He tenido que recurrir a otras apps para poder hacer una recarga online.

Haces un par de meses no puedo ingresar a la app de Lycamobile cuando quiero poner el número para entrar con una contraseña nueva no me deja

Como es posible que tengo dos bonos uno que ya está en uso y el otro que luego utilizaré y cuando ya llega el día dice caducado que estafa es esta acaso mi dinero es un regalo para ustedes o que!!!
