Mi Store

Compré un celular el cual nunca llegó, han pasado 3 semanas y el equipo de Xiaomi Mexico no da una respuesta

Cientos de productos que tienen para ofrecer de xiaomi y prácticamente solo tienen 3. Relojes de miband,redmi watch,poco, audifonos, hasta cortauñas tienen y no las ofrecen .

I purchased a Mi power bank on April 26, 2024, but unfortunately, it was defective. I visited the Mi store located in Sector 3, Rohini, to get it replaced. However, without examining the product or informing me, they gave me a different model instead of replacing it with the same one. They told me that the new power bank needed to be charged before use, so I took it home, but it was very heavy and did not work either. I went back to the store, which is quite far from my home, after much difficulty. They told me to leave the power bank with them, and when they got a similar model, they would send it to my home. I messaged the store’s main person, Gaurav Dixit, almost every day, requesting that they send the correct product as I urgently needed it. However, every day, he would send me pictures of different power banks that were not similar to my model, asking if he should send them. I repeatedly declined and asked for the correct model. A few days later, he informed me that they would provide me with a coupon for Mi shopping instead of the power bank and that my case would be closed. I agreed to this. Today is October 17th, and I have not received any response from their side, nor have I received any reward points or coupons as promised.

Do not buy from this app !!! I bought xiaomi tablet keyboard and cover that was pre-paid & when i want to return it as the product was damaged the customer care told me they have non returnable policy . I have wasted my ₹5000 on to this stupid app also you won’t get any support from the MI store also .

Worst customer support and they dont show return policy while buying product

MI TV - after 2 years 55 inch tv shows black and white screen. Mi 11 ultra phone - Supposed to be water resistant with one touch of water gone completely irreparable

Why is it that POCO phones are not here in this app in India while rest of the world has it? I can’t find much Xiaomi lifestyle products either like weight scale, I have to go to Amazon for it

Products are easy to search and add to cart but I’ve we go to cart page there is no way to go back to products page. Please rectify the navigation

Mi 11x motheboard dead but company saying me to pay 20k amount why should i pay when its your software fault?i want free replacement pathetic xiaomi

Mi service is very bad I had purchased Redmi note 12 5g facing problem. I had purchase mobile 8 Aug 2023 but phone gets deshaped normally bend with camera side it causes automatically but Xiaomi denied it . Life of Xiaomi mobile is not good so plz be aware before buying the products
