### *---- "Lost everything with my new phone"
I bought lots of courses, up to 9. Lost it all as I bought a new cellphone even though my email address is the same. I have the CDs but unfortunately not a portable cd player so I bought the lessons AGAIN and lost it. Very disappointed!! When you purchase it it seems like you buy the lesson to keep- nope. Do not offload the app either or everything is lost!!

The method is enjoyable but the app is absolute garbage. First - it is essentially a poor Audioplayer. It literally has the functionality of a Walkman - and nothing more. 

But worse than that: I’ve repeatedly run into issues playing a track (in that it will not play) the only solution seems to be to delete the track … and the only way I found was to delete the ENTIRE COURSE … mind you - it is entirely possible to download a single track … but not to delete it.

Apart from that the UX is a bit of a joke. With all the great free apps out there one has to wonder - how does such an app even exist?

Be careful! I bought a language package for 160€ then they changed the Michel Thomas App and since then I don’t have access to my purchases. I wrote an email to the support but never got a reply.

Firstly, the course content is great, 5*! 

But the app is really just a basic audio player. The absolute bare minimum required to deliver the content. E.g:
- No tracking of progress / completed tracks
- the track numbers do not match the course note headings
- 30sec rewind is too long. 15 sec would be better
- no quizzes, like there are in the beginners app
- also, would be great to be able to mark a track so that you can return to it later - for the more difficult sections.
