Microsoft Authenticator

I was trying to sign into my work account, it said I needed this app, so I got this app to get the verification code but when I signed into this app, it asked for the verification code to access the app? How is that even possible, I can’t sign into the app that gives the verification code without the code? Where’s the logic? Wish my work used google instead.

Add dark mode to the app

I had a backup from my old device and did a restore from backup but nothing worked afterwards. Easier and more reliable with other apps.

No matter how many times I refresh, update, check my wifi connection, or sign in again and again, no number shows up. Absolutely nothing, it’s getting so incredibly frustrating to the point where I can’t even access my work emails or resources. I’ve been trying to sign into Microsoft for the past few months and nothing works, will this ever be fixed?

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to just for this. This app is one of the worst apps I have ever had to use. It has made signing into my WORK email on my phone virtually impossible. I try to sign in with the outlook app and it automatically takes me to the authenticator app to sign in and then tells me I have to input a code displayed from the authenticator app….but IM ALREADY ON THE APP and no code is displayed and if I try to go back it makes you start the whole process over again. What a freakin joke, you would think a company like MICROSOFT would be better than this amateur design.

This app is insufferable. We’re forced to Use Microsoft Ave., University and the struggle I have to open documents because of this app is insane. Please do something to make this better until the world moves away from Microsoft.

Don’t bother with this stupid app. Microsoft really messed this one up. Just turn off 2 factor authentication and save the trouble and time.

WHY

I keep having to sign in again on Microsoft and use this app when I say Remember me. It is ridiculous and when I say I can’t use the app right now they ask me to put on a code from the APP THAT I DONT HAVE WITH ME BRUH
