Microsoft Authenticator

Backups are worthless, they import to your new phone but needs you to rescan a qr code from an account you can longer access. Fine until you need to reinstall app or move to a new phone.

I recently changed devices and I cannot get access to any of my university and work emails as I have to use this app. The box to input the number never appears! I’ve tried redownloading app but nothing works idk what to do

The app asks to use a code show on the app while in a pop up screen so no code appears. Massive issue as it then doesn’t take the authentication so no Microsoft accounts can be accessed. Had this app due to work using it never worked properly and recently stopped working all together due to this issue and for a whole month still no fix.

Infinity loop of having to sign into Authenticator app while being signed into the Authenticator app. Just incredibly frustrating.

I do not care if my work one drive is secure or not. This app should not be required to log in. Takes up unnecessary space on my phone and I would very much like to delete it. Silly to force people to have this. Especially those of us who use one drive for work and do not want work stuff clogging up phones. Please make the feature optional 😭😭😭 Would give 0 stars if I could. Please just let me delete this annoying app.

Whoever created this is an absolute idiot, I can’t log into the app without using the app?????? What????? But then I can’t use the app if I’m not logged in?????

it tells me to enter the code in Microsoft authenticator but I have it open

Quite possibly the worst software I’ve ever used, does not make any sense how can i authenticate something that I’m already trying to sign into the app to authenticate it. Absolutely ridiculous

I got a new phone and now it won’t let me in to any of my uni emails and it’s impossible to resolve

the one job it has, it won’t let me authenticate
